Terms of Service
Last updated: May 29, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of Wow Image (the "Service") operated by Wow Image ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Refund Policy.

1. The Service
Wow Image is a native macOS software application for video editors and YouTube production. It helps you queue stills and motion clips and move them into your editing workflow.
What you purchase from us is a one-time license to use the application. We do not sell AI generations, credits, or access to third-party models. You connect your own API keys (for example Google Gemini and Hailuo / MiniMax) and pay those providers directly under their own terms.
A one-time purchase grants lifetime access to the licensed app features on devices where you saved a passkey, subject to these Terms.
2. Pricing
The price for lifetime access is shown at checkout before you complete payment. Our product site may show an indicative price for marketing purposes; the amount displayed in Paddle checkout (including any taxes shown by our payment provider) is always authoritative.
We may change the price offered to new customers at any time without prior notice. A price change does not affect customers who already completed a purchase; your access remains governed by the terms that applied when you paid.
3. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle also handles payment processing and tax where applicable. Paddle's buyer terms apply to your transaction: Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms.
Wow Image is the licensor of the digital content. We do not invoice you directly for purchases processed by Paddle.
4. Account and access
- You must activate access with a passkey to use purchased features.
- Access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share account credentials or resell access.
- If you pay before activating, access is linked to the email address used at checkout when you activate with that email and your Paddle order ID.
- You may save a passkey on any device you use.
- You are responsible for keeping your receipt email and order ID available if you need to activate a new device.
5. Purchase and delivery
Purchases are made from the Buy button inside the macOS app, which opens secure checkout hosted on our approved domain. This website provides product information and a free trial download; checkout is not initiated from the marketing landing page alone.
Before completing checkout you must accept these Terms and our Refund Policy. After successful payment, access is granted digitally — there is no physical shipment. Delivery is complete when your account is marked as paid and you can open the macOS app after signing in.
Because the product is digital content supplied immediately, you acknowledge that statutory withdrawal rights may not apply once access is granted, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. Our voluntary refund terms are described in the Refund Policy.
6. License
Upon payment, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own lawful purposes. "Lifetime" means for as long as we continue to make the Service available, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, redistribute, publicly display, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app, its branding, or included materials except as permitted by applicable law (e.g. short quotations for review).
7. Bring your own API keys and third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party AI and API providers that you configure (for example Google Gemini via Google AI Studio and Hailuo via MiniMax). You are responsible for obtaining keys, complying with each provider's terms, and paying them directly. We do not resell generations, credits, or provider access.
You are responsible for your prompts, inputs, outputs, and lawful use of generated content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or suitability of AI-generated output. You use such output at your own risk.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- attempt to bypass access controls or paywalls;
- scrape, bulk download, or mirror the Service;
- use the Service unlawfully or in a way that harms others or our infrastructure;
- misrepresent your identity or payment eligibility;
- generate or distribute unlawful, infringing, or abusive content.
9. Intellectual property
All content, branding, design, and software in the Service are owned by Wow Image or its licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. Unauthorized copying or distribution may result in termination of access and legal action.
10. Support and complaints
For product support, see Section 15 (Contact). We aim to respond to support messages within 2 business days. For billing or payment issues you may also contact Paddle at paddle.net.
If a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, consumers in the UK may refer the matter to an approved alternative dispute resolution provider or, where applicable, the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wow Image is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data stored locally on your device. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you actually paid for lifetime access in the twelve months before the claim, except where liability cannot be limited under mandatory consumer law.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Refunds after termination are governed by the Refund Policy and applicable law.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence still apply where they cannot be waived.
